Holiday Mini Session!!!!

Expanding my arsenal....

This year will be all about expanding my arsenal.  Learning as much as I can about each piece of equipment and then being able to use it to its fullest creative potential.  (whew!)  This includes my camera equipment as well as all of my software.  It gets so frustrating when I have an image in mind and I cannot produce it.  I will get there....

Creative Input

All my creative and talented friends!!! I need recommendations for some fantastic sites for portrait shots!!! I'm going to attempt some more family shots for the Christmas cards and want to try different locations.

The snow has arrived!!!

What a beautiful day!!! The snow has arrived and everything is white!! I took my family out to play in the snow and work on some shots for the Christmas cards.  A ton of holiday events are coming up! December 1st at the Brewery Arts Center is the Holiday Open House featuring art from our very own Artisans!!!

Busy weekend!!!!

Last Saturday was exciting and intense!  I got to spend a fabulous day with the Gold Hill Survivors at the Art at the Greenhouse art fair at the Greenhouse Garden Center!  I love this group.  I never laugh so much as I do with them!  It rained and then there was sun and then it rained some more!  But after weeks of 100+ temperatures this was a welcome day!

A few hours after that event ended I hurried home to shower and change and head out to a double wedding in Carson.  Two sisters getting married, surround by friends and family.  Just in time to watch the sun go down over the mountain.

A very eventful day and every minute was fantastic!!

Heading out this weekend for a last chance at camping.  Hope to get some beautiful shots of the valley!
